Demurrage at the loading port and discharging port is payable by the Charterers at the rate stated in Box 20 in the manner stated in Box 20 per day or pro rata for any part of a day. Demurrage shall fall due day by day and shall be payable upon receipt of the Owner's invoice. In the event the demurrage is not paid in accordance with the above, the Owners shall give Charterers 96 running hours written notice to rectify the failure. If the demurrage is not paid at the expiration of this time limit and if the vessel is in or at the loading port, the Owners are entitled at any time to terminate the Charter Party and claim damages for any losses caused thereby.

Any reference on the face hereof to marks, numbers, descriptions, quality, quantity, gauge, weight, measure, nature, kind, value and any other particulars of the Goods is as furnished by the Merchant, and the Carrier shall not be responsible for the accuracy thereof.
The Merchant warrants to the Carrier that the particulars furnished by him are correct and shall indemnify the Carrier against all loss, damage, expenses, liability, penalties and fines arising or resulting from inaccuracy thereof.

( )은/는 세계적인 물류보안 강화 조치로 인한 무역원활화를 저해하는 문제점을 해소하고자 각국 세관이 수출업자, 수입업자, 제조업자, 관세사, 운송사, 창고업자, 하역업자 등을 대상으로 적정성 여부를 심사하여 우수업체로 공인해 줌으로써 통관상의 혜택을 부여하는 제도이다.
“( ㄱ )” means the charges recoverable under maritime law by a salvor independently of contract. They do not include the expenses of services in the nature of salvage rendered by the assured or his agents, or any person employed for hire by them, for the purpose of averting a peril insured against. Such expenses, where properly incurred, may be recovered as ( ㄴ ) or as a general average loss, according to the circumstances under which they were incurred.
The term “( )” shall include an arbitral clause in a contract or an arbitration agreement, signed by the parties or contained in an exchange of letters or telegrams.
“( )” means that the seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the seller at an agreed place(if any such place is agreed between the parties) and that the seller must contact for and pay the costs of carriage necessary to bring the goods to the named place of destination.
( )은/는 외국물품 또는 외국물품과 내국물품을 원료로 하거나 재료로 하여 수출하는 물품을 제조ㆍ가공하거나 수리ㆍ조립ㆍ검사ㆍ포장 기타 이와 유사한 작업을 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
