Any reference on the face hereof to marks, numbers, descriptions, quality, quantity, gauge, weight, measure, nature, kind, value and any other particulars of the Goods is as furnished by the Merchant, and the Carrier shall not be responsible for the accuracy thereof.

The Merchant warrants to the Carrier that the particulars furnished by him are correct and shall indemnify the Carrier against all loss, damage, expenses, liability, penalties and fines arising or resulting from inaccuracy thereof.
