Off-hire is concerned with ( ).
Under a ( ) charter party, the Master's responsibility is solely to the owner for vessel administration and to the charterer for cargo operations and schedule.
Dear Sirs:
This is to inform you that the laydays as specified in the Charter Party dated on July 27, 2000 will have expired at noon today and ( ) for a period not exceeding seven days shall commence at the rate of$800 per day of a fraction thereof.
Measuring can be cancelled under the following circumstances;
Our accounting department has been receiving "paid" claim bills, with your disbursement accounts, covering cargo claims paid by you, for which we do not have the supporting documents.
Our instructions have been that the claim documents, consisting of( ), must be forwarded to this department simultaneously with your disbursement account to our Accounting Department.
( ) shall be measured including packing materials and them averaged.
The vessel arrived at this port on early morning of the 15th thismonth, and prior to commencement of loading the cargo, we inspected the space in No. 3 Upper Tween Deck allotted for the cargo, and found it clean, dry, taintless and in good condition with plenty supply of dunnages, and in our opinion, fit for the stowage and safe carriage ofthe perishable cargo to be loaded at this port.
The vessel under my command left Busan, laden with 2,451 K/T of anthracite for Tokyo, at 1000 hours on 25th April, 2015 in charge of pilot. At 1010 hours dropping the pilot, my vessel passed clear of Busan breakwater and ordered to ring up engine.
At 1014 hours the steering gear went out of order, immediately after which I ordered to stop engine and stand by engine at 1015.
However, at 1017 hours the starboard middle part of my vessel got aground with the right end of Busan breakwater, bearing 150 degrees, 2 cables off on account of the sudden trouble with steering gear.
A ( ) is a cargo ship constructed or adapted for the carriage in bulk of liquid cargoes of an inflammable nature.
The Convention was adopted to ensure that adequate, prompt, and effective compensation is available to persons who suffer damage caused by spills of oil, when carried as fuel in ships' bunkers.
Dangerous goods mean the ( ) covered by the IMDG Code.

We refer to your letter of August 25 claiming ₩113,750,000 or US $87,500 for alleged damage to the captioned shipment.
Upon checking relevant documents in our files, we find that your consignment was discharged from the ship in apparent good order and condition.
You have also confirmed during our conversation at this office that the packing case of the Printing Press was in apparent good condition.
As stipulated in the relevant Bill of Lading, the carriers do not know, and do not assume any responsibility for the condition or quality of the contents of the package.
When main decks are intentionally oiled or painted for protection preparatory to stowing a deck load, safe walkways shall be provided by the ship by use of sand, ( ) or other suitable nonslip material.
When cargo of a highly flammable nature, such as ( ), etc. is being worked, the ship shall take the necessary steps to ensure that any fire can be immediately controlled.
