ㅇ No compensation shall be payable for loss resulting from delay in delivery unless a notice has been given in writing to the carrier within (  ㄱ  ) consecutive days after the day when the goods were handed over to the (  ㄴ  ).

ㅇ Any action relating to carriage of goods under this Convention is time-barred if judicial or arbitral proceedings have not been instituted within a period of (  ㄷ  ) years.
